How do I access or download my tax return?

There are two ways to download your tax return. 
(tax returns require a password to open them. SSN + city + zip code)

  1. Once your tax expert has completed your tax returns, and they were accepted by the IRS and/or state government agency, they should have sent you an email providing your refund/tax due amount, and attached a copy of your tax return. 
  2. You can log into our billing portal, and retrieve your Tax Return from your account home page. 

Step One: head on over to our website Damian Fields. https://www.damianfields.com. 
Step Two: From the Client Portals drop down, click on Billing Portal. 


Step Three: Login to your client portal. If you don't have an account, you can create one. BE SURE TO USE THE SAME EMAIL YOU USED TO FILE YOUR TAX RETURN.


Step Four: Locate shared documents on your home page.
