How do I apply for the Tax Preparation Referral Program?
DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
Fill out the following application. Be sure to make sure to use the same information we have on file. If we are unable to locate an account with the information in this application, the application will be declined.
COMPLETE A W-9
Once we have located an account containing the information in your application, and you have 1) had your tax return complete by us during the current tax season, 2) have an appointment scheduled or 3) have an active mytaxportal account with for the current tax season, you will receive a W-9 form by email to complete and sign.
ALL SET
Once you complete your W-9, you will receive a follow-up email with your customer number. This is the number you will give to others that you refer in order to receive credit for referring them.
